(1) An officer designated by the licensing authority may inspect and investigate the details of the application or whether the licensee has complied with the conditions.
(2) If any condition is observed during the inspection according to sub-rule (1), one time of reasonable excuse will be given to correct such condition.
(3) Even after giving an opportunity as per sub-rule (2), if such condition is not improved, the licensing authority may cancel such license on the recommendation of the inspecting officer.
